Axiom’s Managed 10 Gigabit Media Converter allows the backbone of the network to be flexible and easier to manage and maintain. Our converters are available in two form factors, chassis-based slide-in cards and stand-alone converters, allowing you the most flexibility for your network. Management access can be achieved locally or remote standalone via network by Web, SNMP, Telnet or Console. Our converters utilize Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceivers allowing you to customize each converter for the cable type you are using.

• Up to 16 cards can be installed into Axiom's 2RU Chassis (AC-MMC6000CH-AA)
• Open SFP+ port provides flexibility to install MMF or SMF optics

The Axiom 10G 3R SFP to SFP Transponder is a high-performance 10G optical signals repeater, using Optical – Electrical – Optical wavelength conversion, realize the optical signal equilibrium amplification, clock extraction and optical regeneration, and with CWDM technology, can achieve optical signals transmit in a single fiber by single or multiple way over a long distance. On the existing network infrastructure, it can quickly improve the communication capacity, expand the bandwidth, while using low cost and high cost-effective solutions to manage and operate the system, easy operation and maintenance.
