Rambus (RDRAM) memory uses a high-speed bus and RSL (Rambis Signaling Level) technology to transfer data at high speeds. These RIMM's can reach speeds of up to 800MHz. Axiom offers RDRAM from 128mb to 512mb chip configurations.
